Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

We offer custom technology solutions tailored to client needs. All deliverables (software, hardware installations, dashboards, etc.) are provided on a project-by-project basis under separate service agreements or quotes.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for service delivery
• Grant necessary access (physical or digital) for installations or integrations
• Ensure devices (vehicles, premises) are available during scheduled work
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our services

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• 50% deposit is required to commence work
• Remaining balance is due upon completion and before handover
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

4. Intellectual Property

All custom software, designs, and code developed for you become your property upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, or templates remain our property or that of their respective owners.

5. Hardware & Installation

For physical installations (e.g., CCTV, GPS trackers):

• We warrant workmanship for 90 days
• Hardware carries manufacturer warranties (typically 1 year)
• We are not liable for damage caused by third parties, power surges, or misuse

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remit Integrated Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Security breaches resulting from client-side negligence

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime on hosted services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may occur with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you:

• Fail to pay fees
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Violate these Terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
